let's make some move.....yeay.....
this week we goin' back to perak.....
ermmm....me?....had some activity wif my mom-in-law...
apelagi kami ber-senam-aerobik dan ber-POCO2...oke...!!!!
huhu....maybe some of you out there wont believe it.....
even me....well there nothing wrong to do some new thing in your precious life rite....
its GOOD for your health rite...

within 1hr30mnt....and aim soo excited....maklum la xpenah2 berpoco la katakan..kan...
aim a bit 'pancit'....hahahahah....tapi saya berjaya mengikutinya sehingga tamat....TANPA HENTI...oke...wah....tekezut mak nyah~.....
that I CAN DO IT!!!....walaupun never once in my life....ape tah lagi berat da semakin berleluasa ni kan...huhuuhu....
ape2 pun ianya best sgt....after that you feel really tired almost feel mcm nak putus nyawa.....tp best la....all of you should try it....ada beran kewwwww~....
