A Word About Milk

Milk is an important part of a toddler's diet because it provides calcium and vitamin D, which help build strong bones. Kids under age 2 should drink whole milk for the dietary fats needed for normal growth and brain development. When your child is 2, you can probably make the switch to low-fat or nonfat milk, but talk with your doctor before doing so. Between 12 and 18 months of age is a good time for transition to a cup. Instead of cutting out bottles all at once, you can gradually eliminate them from the feeding schedule, starting with mealtime. Offer whole milk in a cup after the child has begun the meal. If you are breastfeeding, only offer milk in a cup and avoid the bottle habit altogether. Some kids don't like cows milk at first because it's different from the breast milk or formula they're used to. If that's the case, it's OK to mix whole milk with formula or breast milk and gradually adjust the mixture so that it eventually becomes 100% cow's milk.

around 2.30pm at our resident....im on leave today, with fareez at home...suddenly i decide to hangout with him and had our lunch at the nearest restaurant before we went to jln kuching....the situation sounds like this....i start the engine and fareez's was inside the car....when im busy to put the bags and what so ever in the car boot...when i close it back i heard the sound like " tupp..."...then i ran forward to the driver side and saw the door been locked by fareez's....arghhhh...i felt sooo gerammmm.....his face so happy while seat at the driver side and play with wiper and stering....panic...panic...panic....ohh myyy....how to open the door..?..then i asked fareez to try to pull up the lock....but failed....he keep pushing the lock and dont know how to pull it up.....panic and panic again....what to do?...what to do?....then i called mr fird and ask him to come home immediately.....thank God that he was somewhere around in KD....when mr fird arrived at home plus with his smiley face oke....then slumber je cakap...'macam mane bole terkunci nii..'...dia tak tau kite ni macam nak terkeluar jantung dia bole senyum lagi...heihhhh.....akhir sekali....try to pujuk fareez to push the window button....naseb baik he know how to push it.....fiuhhhhh~....then sume orang pun gelak2 sebab pintu dah bukak....and continued with our plan to jalan2.....hahahhah...it was soooooo funny bunny day.....i promise it wont be happen again and be more carefully in future...huhuhu...bad me....

Bottle feeding safety tips

If your baby uses a bottle, it is important to remember that bottle-feeding equipment can habor disease-causing bacteria and other germs if not properly handled, cleaned and sterilized. Follow this checklist to keep your little one germ-free. Sterilize feeding paraphernalia. All brand-new bottles, teats and breast-pumps need to be boiled for two to five minutes. After every use, they should be washed in hot, soapy water for at least 20 seconds or put in the dishwasher. Mix the formula just before it is needed. If you're going out for the day, carry the water and formula separately then prepare the milk just before it is needed. Store for freshness. Discard any mixed formula that's been in the fridge for more than 24 hours. Ready-to-feed formula can stay refrigerated for 48 hours; pumped breast milk can be kept refrigerated for up to eight days or frozen for up to three months. Toss the leftover milk after each feeding. Never save unfinished bottles of breast milk or formula for later – bacteria from your baby's mouth can contaminate the leftovers and make her ill.

day 3, at Bakawali's presentation from the ship's day 4, im in the bus..it was soo much fun....da lame kot tak naik bus...huhuuhu.....on our way to dewan mawar the environment of PLPGA...fresh air..i like it..

its done!!!!...huhuhu....4dyas 3 nights at PLPGA, ulu kinta, perak....to complete one of syarat2 bagi menjawat jawatan tetap dalam perkhidmatan awam atau kerajaan.....its so fun meet other people from different state....nice to meet you all dude....

kursus oh kursus

salam and hai to all, as a government servant, sekarang bermula la musim untuk ber-kursus dan ber-seminar juga ber-latihan dalam perkhidmatan. Last week ber-latihan di Bukit Aman berkaitan penggunaan sistem baru dalam COPS....huhuhu....which is we need to test the system first before we use it...sistem tu memang memudahkan kerja2 ku cepat lg pantas yang penting mudah sgt2.....ia akan digunakan di daerah petaling jaya as soon as posible....just wait...huhu... next week akan ber-kursus pula di PGA Ulu Kinta for 1 weeks for KTA staffs (NKRA).....adoyaiiii....1 weeks...huhuu im gonna mishh misshhhh my kids...as a mother for two kids i have to prepare the whole thing like diapers, clothes, milk, bottles, and mcm2 lg....supaya senang en.fird tak kelam kabut nak handle this and that.... best jugak dapat pegi kursus ni dapat belajar benda or perkara yang baru dan yang paling paling paling penting skali dapat release sikit stress ni tak mengadap orang2 yang macam2 ragam, yang menyakitkan hati lah, yang tak faham bahasa lah...heihhhh...that is what we called 1 malaysia ke..????...never happen in my life that someone maki hamun or saying bad words to me...lain la ko tu mak bapak aku kan.....huhhuu...stress..stress..stress....thats y la i said before it wasn't easy peasy being 'me'..... T_T sedey..sedey...sedey... p/s: bestnye masa tak keje dulu.... :(
